Total Building Commisssioning

The KGS Total Building Commissioning Process is a quality–based method that is adopted by owners to achieve successful construction projects. It is not an additional layer of construction or project management. In fact, its purpose is to reduce the cost of delivering construction projects while increasing value to owners, occupants, and users for building operations and maintenance. The USGBC (United States Green Building Council) values this quality based methodology and has mandated commissioning as part of the Building LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certification Process.
